Secure checkout

bahriz.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your checkout. All personal and payment details you enter are encrypted while they are sent. You can recognise a secure connection by the padlock icon in your browser and "https" at the start of the web address.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place your order. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund.

How the payment appears on your statement

Payments appear on your bank or card statement as BAHRIZ. If you do not recognise a payment, please email us before contacting your bank. We can usually find your order straight away.

PCI compliance

All payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. PCI DSS is the security standard for handling card data, set by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.

Your payment details

We never receive or store your full card number. After your purchase, we can only see your billing and delivery details, the items you ordered and the last four digits of your card. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is used.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, no order is created. Please check your details and try again, or choose a different payment method. Any temporary authorisation on your card will be released by your bank, usually within a few business days.

VAT

All prices include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden charges.
