Welcome to BAHRIZ. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to BAHRIZ, a trading name of Berudo Group Spain S.L., which operates this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). BAHRIZ is powered by Shopify.
These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, set out your rights and obligations when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Using our store and your account
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. When you place an order, you may be asked for details such as your email address and your billing, payment and delivery information. You confirm that this information is accurate, complete and up to date, and that you are entitled to provide it. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Our products
We take care to show our clothing and accessories as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and sizes may vary by style, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We may change product descriptions, discontinue products or limit the quantities available to any person or region at any time.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Your order is only accepted once we have received payment and sent you an order confirmation. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If we need to cancel or change an order, we will contact you using the details you provided. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and agree to pay all charges at the prices shown, including any delivery costs.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics and the design of the website, belongs to BAHRIZ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any material without our written permission.
7. Third-party tools and links
The Services may include tools, content or links provided by third parties that we do not monitor or control. These are provided "as is", and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms.
8. Relationship with Shopify
BAHRIZ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with BAHRIZ. By using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and BAHRIZ, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with us.
9. Privacy
All personal information we collect is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. As the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit is shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in other countries, in order to provide the Services to you.
10. Reviews and feedback
If you send us reviews, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish it for any purpose, including commercial use, without payment. You confirm that your feedback is your own, is truthful and does not contain unlawful, abusive or offensive content. We may remove feedback that we consider inappropriate.
11. Errors and omissions
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges or availability. We may correct such errors and update information at any time, and may cancel orders placed on the basis of incorrect information, including after you have placed your order. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.
12. Prohibited use
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use them to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, impersonate others, upload malicious code, scrape or copy the website, or interfere with its security or with other people's use of it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
13. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days and your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
16. Indemnity
You agree to compensate BAHRIZ, Shopify and our affiliates for any losses, claims or reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
17. Severability, waiver and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms and the policies on this website form the entire agreement between you and us.
18. Transfer
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to another organisation without affecting your rights under these Terms.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that part of the UK.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
